We hired Elevation Landscaping to fix a water issue from a poorly done addition grading job. They came quickly, redirected water away from the house and ended up doing landscaping around the whole house. My house went from a complete disaster to an enjoyable place for family and friends. We will be hiring them for a “phase 2” landscaping job on our property.

Expert Patio and Hardscape Installation in Damascus, MD
Patio and hardscape installation transforms underused yard space into a defined outdoor living area you can actually use. At Elevation Landscapes, we serve homeowners across Damascus, MD and the surrounding communities with personal, hands-on service from start to finish. Damascus sits at elevated terrain in northern Montgomery County, where rolling lots and mature trees create both opportunity and challenge for hardscape work. Proper grading and base preparation matter here. Maryland's freeze-thaw cycles put stress on any surface that was not built right from the ground up, so we focus on getting the foundation correct before any surface material goes down. We handle patio layout, walkway connections, and outdoor living areas as a complete system, not as separate afterthoughts. Every project gets the same attention to detail whether the yard is flat or sloped. If you are ready to put your Damascus outdoor space to work, contact Elevation Landscapes for a personal consultation.
